Account Access
Some features may require Google login. Paid, free, and administrator accounts may have different access levels.
Bank Transfer Payments
PRO data-report access may be sold as a prepaid digital-content ticket through business bank transfer. Access is activated only after deposit confirmation by Krillione. Users must include the order number or deposit code in the depositor name so the payment can be matched to the logged-in account.
Cancellation and Refunds
After deposit confirmation and PRO activation, access to digital content begins and simple-change-of-mind cancellation may be limited. If the transferred amount differs from the order amount, Krillione will apply only the number of 30-day tickets purchasable with the received amount, up to the per-order limit, and refund any remaining difference after verification. Duplicate deposits, mistaken deposits, service non-provision, or refunds required by applicable law will be reviewed and handled after verification.
Receipts
Users who need a cash receipt, tax invoice, or payment correction should contact Krillione with the order number, account email, and required issuance information.
Changes
Krillione may update features, access rules, pricing, and these terms as the service develops.
