Before You Transfer
After creating an order, Krillione shows an order reference, deposit code, and required depositor name. Enter the required depositor name exactly in the depositor-name field. Only the depositor-name field is used for matching. The deposit deadline is 24 hours after order creation.
Processing Time
Deposit review and PRO data-report activation are handled sequentially after matching the transfer to the logged-in account. Normal processing is within 24 hours, but it may take up to 48 hours when requests are queued or the transfer lacks identifying information.

If you omitted or changed the depositor name, email [email protected] with a screenshot of the bank transfer history, account email, order reference, actual depositor name, transfer time, and amount. For corrections, refunds, cash receipts, or proof of payment, use the same address.
Refund and Withdrawal Notice
The 30-day PRO data-report ticket is prepaid access to digital informational content. Once deposit confirmation is complete and access to digital content begins, change-of-mind cancellation or refund may be limited under the terms and applicable law. If the transferred amount is lower or higher than the order amount, Krillione applies only the number of 30-day tickets purchasable with the received amount, up to the 3-ticket per-order limit, and refunds any remaining difference after verification. Amounts below one ticket price are refunded without ticket issuance after verification. Duplicate deposits, mistaken deposits, service non-provision, account application errors, or legally required refunds will be reviewed after verification.
